Structural characteristics of oil-immersed transformer:
1. The transformer core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, which are manufactured by automatic transverse shearing process and step-lap process, which improves the distribution of magnetic flux density in the core, reduces the vibration energy of the body, effectively reduces the noise and reduces the loss.
2. The coil is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-clad wire), cylindrical (or cake) structure, uniform ampere-turn distribution, reasonable insulation structure, and strong short-circuit resistance.
