Product Description
The commonly used types of bushings for transformers include pure ceramic bushings, oil-filled bushings, and capacitive bushings.
(1) Pure porcelain casing. The surface electric field of the sleeve is relatively concentrated near the flange and end cover. The smaller the diameter of the sleeve, the higher the electric field intensity near the flange. This sleeve type is mainly used for voltage levels of 35kV and below.
(2) Oil-filled casing. The bushing that uses the insulation barrier formed by transformer oil and insulation paper cylinder as the primary insulation and does not use porcelain bushing as the main insulation is called an oil-filled bushing. Generally, this bushing type is mainly used for voltage levels of 63kV and below.
(3) Capacitive bushing. Due to its excellent performance and small overall size, it can correspondingly reduce the volume of transformers and significantly reduce costs, so it is widely adopted.
